Learning and Development

• Provide vision, leadership, and oversight for CASE’s learning initiatives
• Ensure alignment with CASE’s mission, values, and strategic priorities
• Oversee the activities and outputs of the L&D staff team, contractors, and consultants
• Provide information and updates regarding L&D activities, outputs, outcomes, and financials to CASE leadership and other interest-holders
• Carry out planning and implementation of L&D activities in ways that uphold the values of CASE
• Oversee the planning, building / upgrading, and maintenance of the CASE website
• Actively engage as a contributing member of the CASE leadership team
• Engage in strategic planning for L&D and CASE to support achievement of board identified strategic goals
• Research and seek out new funding opportunities to support revenue diversification and growth of CASE through L&D activities
• Develop L&D project workplans in collaboration with other CASE staff
