About the role

  • Deliver exceptional pre-sales customer experience by providing technical expertise
  • Demonstrate how leveraging ChatGPT and the OpenAI API can meet customers’ business needs
  • Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs related to pre-sales process
  • Foster customer advocacy and represent the voice of the customer with internal teams
  • Serve as the first line of defense for security and compliance questions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role
  • Full professional fluency in both French and English
  • Understanding of IT security principles and customer requirements for technical B2B SaaS products
  • Experience with programming languages like Python or Javascript and working with REST APIs
  • Knowledge of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions and network/cloud architecture
  • Effective presenter and communicator able to translate business and technical topics to all audiences
  • A humble attitude and eagerness to help colleagues
