About the role

  • Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent content and engagement projects, ensuring clear timelines, ownership, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners.
  • Serve as the operational point person for consultants and vendors, coordinating scopes of work, timelines, inputs, and approvals.
  • Coordinate and execute internal and external meetings, managing end-to-end logistics across parallel workstreams.
  • Synthesize insights from research, convenings, and engagements to support internal and external knowledge-sharing and inform future content and strategy.
  • Organize events, workshops, and engagements with national partners, policymakers, and industry leaders, with an emphasis on economic-focused programming.
  • Manage a broader team-wide editorial calendar and anticipate bottlenecks, flag risks early, and proactively propose solutions to keep projects on track.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, program management, content operations, or similar roles involving multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Demonstrated experience navigating and managing across a broad array of internal stakeholders and external consultants.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track many moving parts without sacrificing quality or deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, actionable insights.
  • A proactive problem-solver who brings structure, judgment, and calm to fast-paced environments.
  • Clear and effective communicator, comfortable working across functions, seniority levels, and time zones.
  • Ability to work independently and across functions while contributing as a trusted partner to a collaborative team.
  • Interest in the intersection of technology, policy/politics, and news; familiarity with AI, emerging technologies, or regulatory frameworks is a plus but not required.
