About the role
- partner with Large Enterprise and Digital Natives customers
- guide AI strategy and identify high value use cases
- demonstrate value of solutions and recommend architectural patterns
- provide technical expertise and answer product-related questions
- create and maintain documentation and guides
- represent the voice of the customer with internal teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role
- full professional fluency in both German and English
- thorough understanding of IT security principles and customer requirements for technical B2B SaaS products
- experience providing higher-level security and compliance support
- industry experience in programming languages like Python or Javascript and working with REST APIs
- delivered prototypes of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions
- knowledge of network/cloud architecture
- effective presenter and communicator
- own problems end-to-end
- humble attitude and eagerness to help colleagues
