About the role
- Audit and maintain accurate U.S. benefits data across Workday and vendor systems.
- Review and reconcile benefits vendor invoices; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Serve as a front-line resource for employee benefits questions, providing clear and empathetic guidance.
- Maintain benefits elections, eligibility, and configurations in Workday.
- Partner with Payroll, Finance, HR Systems, and vendors to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Support key benefits projects such as open enrollment, audits, ongoing operational reviews, and compliance.
- Identify recurring issues and help improve how benefits are administered at scale.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a related role.
- Experience supporting U.S. health and welfare benefits and/or retirement plans (e.g., 401(k)).
- Hands-on experience with Workday, including transactions, configuration, and audits.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data and reconciliations.
- Clear written communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
