- Manage a regional Safety Response team and handle high-risk safety cases
- Lead and coach Safety Response Analysts to ensure high performance
- Oversee complex and high-risk cases and act as the escalation lead
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute safety outcomes
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement of workflows and tools
Requirements
- 5+ years in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, Investigations, Fraud, Annotation, or platform integrity
- 4+ years of people leadership or senior-level operational ownership
- Strong decision-making skills in ambiguous, high-risk environments
- Ability to communicate complex safety and risk decisions clearly
- Familiarity with content moderation, user safety, fraud, or developer risk frameworks
- Competence in using data, tooling, and automation to improve quality, efficiency, and scale
