Salary

💰 $255,000 - $405,000 per year

About the role

  • Drive international growth through a mix of product ideation, data analysis, and experimentation (A/B tests, geo rollouts, cohort analyses).
  • Build end-to-end features across frontend and backend: onboarding, access flows, logged-out experiences, and build new growth loops.
  • Design and deploy APIs and services that power localized experiences, experimentation, account flows, and performance improvements.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, design, data science, and research to ship impactful, safe, and scalable improvements.
  • Improve global readiness by building systems for localization, market configuration, latency/perf, payments/subscriptions, and country launch tooling.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, high-candor culture—where people challenge groupthink and hold a high bar for quality and impact.

Requirements

  • Have shipped growth-focused web (and/or mobile) features like landing pages, onboarding flows, subscriptions, purchase flows, search/discovery surfaces, or engagement loops.
  • Are highly analytical and have experience designing, running, and interpreting experiments; you know what to measure and how to instrument it.
  • Have strong full-stack fundamentals (e.g., modern web frameworks + backend services + databases), and enjoy owning features end-to-end.
  • Understand (or are excited to learn) global product challenges—localization/i18n, country-specific UX, performance across regions, payments, compliance, and launch operations.
  • Learn fast, communicate clearly, and enjoy collaborating across disciplines.
  • Are comfortable with rapid change and ambiguity, and bring structure when things are messy.
Benefits
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family, with employer contributions to Health Savings Accounts
  • Pre-tax accounts for Health FSA, Dependent Care FSA, and commuter expenses (parking and transit)
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match
  • Paid parental leave (up to 24 weeks for birth parents and 20 weeks for non-birthing parents), plus paid medical and caregiver leave (up to 8 weeks)
  • Paid time off: flexible PTO for exempt employees and up to 15 days annually for non-exempt employees
  • 13+ paid company holidays, and multiple paid coordinated company office closures throughout the year for focus and recharge, plus paid sick or safe time (1 hour per 30 hours worked, or more, as required by applicable state or local law)
  • Mental health and wellness support
  • Employer-paid basic life and disability coverage
  • Annual learning and development stipend to fuel your professional growth
  • Daily meals in our offices, and meal delivery credits as eligible
  • Relocation support for eligible employees
  • Additional taxable fringe benefits, such as charitable donation matching and wellness stipends, may also be provided.
