About the role

Support strategy and regulatory engagement for OpenAI in the area of competition and antitrust.
Advise on commercial partnerships and acquisitions from an antitrust perspective.
Respond to RFIs and other inquiries from competition regulators.
Collaborate with global policy and regulatory affairs to anticipate and navigate competition scrutiny in the area of AI.
Advise business and other legal teams on compliance with antitrust laws.

10+ years of legal experience in the area of antitrust.
A mix of in-house and top-tier law firm experience.
Experience working for a competition regulator is a plus.
Expertise in regulatory review of mergers and acquisitions and associated filings.
Experience leading strategy and responses to antitrust investigations at a technology company.
Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy and sound judgment in highly technical and fast-moving environments.
Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to distill complexity into actionable, business-aligned guidance.
