Build scalable data infrastructure for accurate reporting, recruiting health metrics, and program insights
Deliver weekly progress updates for recruiting, surface updates, blockers, and decision points
Design and implement tooling integrations across systems such as Ashby, HackerRank, and other recruiting tools to streamline candidate tracking and program operations
Develop and manage performance evaluation processes — from feedback collection and calibration to analysis and reporting
Create and analyze NPS and experience surveys to measure impact, identify areas of improvement, and drive continuous enhancement for future internship cycles
Establish standard operating procedures for all aspects of intern program execution, ensuring a seamless and repeatable model year over year
Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, HRBPs, and Finance to align reporting, systems, and operational goals
Requirements
Have 6+ years of experience in early career program management, recruiting operations, or people analytics
Highly analytical and data-driven - able to translate complex recruiting metrics into actionable strategy
Have experience with ATS/CRM systems (Ashby preferred), Airtable, and collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace) - you know how systems integrate and connect.
Excel at creating structure from ambiguity and designing processes that scale
Have exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills
Passionate about building programs that enable people to do their best work and grow their careers
