  • Implementation of end-to-end process automations across system and organizational boundaries
  • Building and operating data pipelines between cloud systems (ERP, CRM, HR, databases, APIs)
  • Development of AI-powered workflows and agentic-AI solutions based on Workato, Anthropic Claude, Salesforce Agentforce or Microsoft Foundry
  • Modeling and transforming business data (ELT/ETL) for analytical and operational purposes
  • Technical support for Salesforce projects (Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
  • Close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate customer experience requirements (Sales, Commerce, Service, Marketing) into technical solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in integration, automation or data engineering in enterprise environments
  • Proven hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms (ideally Workato, alternatively MuleSoft or Boomi)
  • Solid understanding of API design (REST, GraphQL, Webhooks) and modern data formats (JSON, XML)
  • Project experience with AI/LLM technologies (prompt engineering, API integration, fundamentals of RAG)
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud
  • Proven proficiency in Python, JavaScript or SQL for data transformations
  • Relevant Workato and/or Salesforce certifications are a plus
  • Analytical thinking, structured problem solving and a high degree of ownership
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
