About the role
- Perform a detailed review of the Allowance for Credit Loss.
- Prepare credit-related reports for management and Board.
- Prepare loan-related reports for public reporting.
- Perform interest rate risk analysis using ALM models and Prepare IRR reports, shock scenarios, and yield curve analyses.
- Maintain documentation for models, assumptions, and methodologies.
- Maintain and enhance treasury models, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Work with data sources such as core systems, ALM software, and Excel/Power Query.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and data accuracy.
Requirements
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (verbal and written) preferred for business communications and job-related duties.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of one year of experience in banking, accounting, or treasury preferred.
- Accurate typing/keyboarding skills; basic computer skills, including the use of word processing, spreadsheet software applications, and e-mail.
- Good written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
- Ability to analyze and organize financial information and perform complex financial calculations.
- Excellent analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize various tasks to meet deadlines.
