About the role

  • Perform a detailed review of the Allowance for Credit Loss.
  • Prepare credit-related reports for management and Board.
  • Prepare loan-related reports for public reporting.
  • Perform interest rate risk analysis using ALM models and Prepare IRR reports, shock scenarios, and yield curve analyses.
  • Maintain documentation for models, assumptions, and methodologies.
  • Maintain and enhance treasury models, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
  • Work with data sources such as core systems, ALM software, and Excel/Power Query.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and data accuracy.

Requirements

  • Fluent bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (verbal and written) preferred for business communications and job-related duties.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in banking, accounting, or treasury preferred.
  • Accurate typing/keyboarding skills; basic computer skills, including the use of word processing, spreadsheet software applications, and e-mail.
  • Good written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
  • Ability to analyze and organize financial information and perform complex financial calculations.
  • Excellent analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize various tasks to meet deadlines.
