About the role

  • Identify and qualify potential new sales opportunities by researching potential customers and/or attending networking events
  • Schedule appointments with prospective clients to recommend products or services offered by the company
  • Provide clients sound recommendations and consultations to help them achieve their business objectives
  • Negotiate and close contracts with clients by gaining their trust, treating objections, and not overpromising
  • Manage accounts receivables for clients, including sending billing notices and collecting payments
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide an exceptional customer experience to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Recommend improved sales processes if areas for improvement are found in the sales funnel
  • Analyze competitors’ activities and market trends to develop strategies for staying ahead
  • Track and report sales activities and performance metrics to your manager

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4-7 years of sales experience in B2B enterprise SAAS sales
  • Experience sourcing and closing enterprise B2B SaaS deals ($1M+ ACV) across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and/or ANZ
  • Strong network of CROs, VPs of Revenue/Sales, and VPs of CX at Fortune 1000 (or equivalent) companies
  • Strong business acumen (you can understand and analyze P&Ls and build ROI business cases)
  • Familiarity with LMS, CMS, Learning Apps, and learning platforms (a plus)
  • Experience using CRMs, Slack, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, and Figma
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills are essential
