• Plan, design, and execute a wide range of email campaigns, including weekly newsletters, lifecycle journeys, and promotional communications.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on email marketing strategy and best practices.
• Write and produce dynamic, customer-centric content that inspires action.
• Drive engagement and growth through targeted cross-sell, upsell, and referral campaigns.
• Optimize emails for deliverability, mobile responsiveness, and performance (open/click rates, conversions).
• Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to continually improve campaign outcomes.
• Track, analyze, and report on email performance against KPIs, providing actionable insights aligned with industry benchmarks.
• Partner with stakeholders to leverage customer data, usage insights, and satisfaction benchmarks for campaign optimization.
• Own and expand customer referral and advocacy programs.

DevOps Engineer

• Become a subject matter expert in applications supporting Ooma customers.
• Collaborate with Development, QA and other SREs to evaluate, deploy, and debug applications.
• Improve observability by implementing, refining, and adjusting application monitoring and thresholds.
• Mentor team members to enhance application management practices.
• Act as an escalation path and backup for junior team members, providing guidance during alerts and incidents.
• Write automation scripts, set up CI pipelines, and review/evaluate software solutions and best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotations, providing 24/7 support for Ooma services.

Site Reliability Engineer

Sales

• Spearhead growth for the 2600Hz business solution and shape/execute sales strategies
• Utilize existing relationships to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
• Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand within Service Providers and Telecom Carriers
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies
• Conduct regular market analysis and competitor assessments within the Service Provider and Telecom Carrier space
• Utilize relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support
• Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and metrics to measure performance
• Regularly report on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to senior management
• Ensure a customer-centric approach in all sales activities and gather customer feedback to inform product enhancements

• Drive revenue by recruiting, on-boarding, inspiring and selling with channel partners including but not limited to TSD/TSBs, agents and strategic partners.
• Work with marketing to drive effective campaigns that stimulate partner sales activity. Work with partners to execute these demand generations campaigns.
• Identify, qualify, close and onboard new partners who will deliver sales results.
