- Define and implement HR strategy aligned with company objectives
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Monitor and address organizational climate
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding and internal transfers
- Support implementation and improvement of systems (ATS, CRM, ERP)
Requirements
- Proven experience in generalist HR roles
- Knowledge of HR best practices and labor/employment law
- Hands-on experience with payroll closing activities and liaising with accounting
- Experience conducting mediations with legal counsel
