Cloud Engineer

• Support and manage Multi Account AWS cloud environments, including but not limited to VPC, EC2, Route 53 and other Core AWS Services.
• Manage and support AWS and Onsite network infrastructure, including routing, connectivity, and firewall configurations.
• Administer and maintain Palo Alto firewalls, including policy management, VPNs, and security configurations.
• Monitor system and network performance, respond to alerts and participate in incident response and on-call rotation.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and cloud-related issues across environments.
• Assist with infrastructure deployments, changes, and upgrades in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Contribute to automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
