About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and manage Multi Account AWS cloud environments, including but not limited to VPC, EC2, Route 53 and other Core AWS Services.
- Manage and support AWS and Onsite network infrastructure, including routing, connectivity, and firewall configurations.
- Administer and maintain Palo Alto firewalls, including policy management, VPNs, and security configurations.
- Monitor system and network performance, respond to alerts and participate in incident response and on-call rotation.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and cloud-related issues across environments.
- Assist with infrastructure deployments, changes, and upgrades in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Contribute to automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Relevant technical certifications (AWS or Networking)
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, networking, or cloud engineering roles
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPNs, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls
- Experience working with AWS core services (VPC, EC2, CloudWatch, Route 53)
- Must have AWS certification(s)
