About the role

Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards, referrals, and online platforms to identify and attract qualified behavioral health professionals for open roles.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of behavioral health candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
Qualifying Candidates: Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles.
Negotiating Compensation: Discuss and negotiate pay rates and compensation packages with candidates, ensuring alignment with both candidate expectations and client needs.
Candidate Management: Provide ongoing support to candidates after placement, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction in their roles.
Internet Savvy: Stay up-to-date with online recruiting tools and strategies to effectively source and engage potential candidates.

Previous experience in staffing, with behavioral health recruiting experience strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of the recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on phone outreach and relationship management.
Experience working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven, KPI‑driven environment.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple candidates and placements simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
