About the role

  • Develop and execute the business plan for the Behavioral Health Staffing Division, including go-to-market strategies and sales goals.
  • Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and positioning the division as a leader in behavioral health staffing.
  • Establish short- and long-term goals that align with the company’s overall strategic vision.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across our client base and lead sales efforts to secure new staffing contracts with healthcare providers .
  • Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for the division.
  • Build a scalable recruiting engine and team with clear pipeline, submittal, and start targets.
  • Implement AI-centric recruiting workflows for sourcing, outreach, screening, matching, and pipeline management to drive max efficiency per recruiter .
  • Collaborate with other departments, including HR, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of services.
  • Monitor market trends and client needs to adapt strategies and service offerings.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in behavioral health staffing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and growing a division or business unit.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral health eco system
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to secure and maintain large contracts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, KPI-driven environment.
  • Bachelors degree required ; Master’s degree preferred.
