Operations

• As an intern, you’ll support our Order-to-Cash operations team, learn how to manage sales orders, review contracts, assist with invoicing, and help ensure smooth operational processes
• You’ll also get exposure to tools like Salesforce and Dynamics 365 , and work closely with our finance and sales teams
• Reviewing deals and contracts for accuracy in Salesforce
• Creating and updating subscription orders in Dynamics 365
• Assisting with invoicing and maintaining accurate billing records
• Supporting internal communications related to order accuracy and documentation
• Helping generate reports and identify process improvements
• Ensuring compliance with company policies
