- Act as a consultative subject matter expert to prospective clients — translating complex operational challenges (intelligence intake, alarm management, crisis response, investigations handoff, executive reporting) into scalable solutions powered by Ontic.
- Help clients envision the transformation from siloed tools and manual processes to a unified, intelligence-led GSOC model.
- Provide real-world examples of global GSOC design, staffing models, SOP development, KPIs, and technology consolidation strategies.
- Support expansion opportunities by advising current clients on advancing from basic use cases to fully integrated, enterprise-wide operational maturity.
- Work closely with Client Success and Sales leaders to proactively support key accounts with advisory workshops, maturity assessments, and strategic refresh sessions.
- Serve as a public-facing authority on modern GSOC strategy and cyber-physical convergence.
- Develop and codify a programmatic framework for building and scaling high-performing GSOCs within complex global enterprises.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Global Security Operations, GSOC management, corporate security, intelligence operations, or enterprise risk management.
- Direct experience leading or transforming a GSOC within a large global enterprise (multi-region, multi-site operations).
- Deep familiarity with the technology ecosystem that powers modern GSOCs, including case management, intelligence platforms, PSIM, access control, VMS, incident response tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Proven success designing and scaling 24/7 operations, developing SOPs, KPIs, and executive reporting frameworks.
- Experience navigating global regulatory, cultural, and operational complexities.
- Strong understanding of cyber-physical convergence and cross-functional coordination between security, legal, HR, compliance, and IT.
