About the role
- Proactively identify and follow up on new business opportunities to achieve international sales targets and support the company’s strategic plan
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential brand partners, and opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
- Support the development and maintenance of a pipeline of potential business leads, using industry contacts, online research, and networking.
- Assist in developing and executing data-driven business plans for weekly events, ensuring optimization of stock lists and sales performance across both offline and online channels.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing day-to-day communication.
- Proactively follow up with brands to provide necessary information and updates.
- Coordinate and follow up with brands with regards to agreements in a professional manner
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, ecommerce, etc to ensure seamless event execution.
- Responsible for sales recap, and any other type of reports that include event outcome, feedback, recommendation etc to improve for future collaboration and ensuring continuous improvement in client satisfaction.
- Any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Requirements
- Min Diploma holder in Marketing, Business or equivalent
- 2 years of working experience is preferred
- Experience in Fashion / Cosmetics / FMCG / Department Store would be an advantage
- Knowledge of the Retail industry, ideally with retail network
- Excellent negotiation skills and eager to deliver results
- Target driven and figure-oriented
- Strategic thinking and enthusiastic problem solver, autonomous
- Must be a self-starter, organized, clear communication and good teamwork mindset
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Proficient in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
