About the role
- The Business Development Manager will be the main point of contact for the brand partners, including top-tier distributors, throughout their collaboration with OnTheList.
- Maintain and grow current business partnerships portfolio by fostering and building meaningful relationships with our brand partners’ teams.
- Strategize and execute business development activities to onboard new brands or reactivate existing ones.
- Account management by providing insight & support to brand partners to grow the business together.
- Event planning for both channels, offline in our pop up area and online on our website.
- Oversee the logistics of pop-up events, including vendor coordination, setup, and tear down.
Requirements
- 8 + years of experience in account management / business development B2B is required
- Knowledge of the Retail industry, ideally with retail network
- Excellent negotiation skills and eager to deliver results
- Target driven and figure-oriented
- Strategic thinking and enthusiastic problem solver, autonomous
- Customer-oriented with growth mindset, able to multi-task
- Must be a self-starter, super organized, clear communication and good teamwork mindset
- Proficient in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
