Requirements
- 3+ years of MSP Helpdesk experience
- 1+ year of intensive ticketing system usage
- Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity concepts (Network+, Security+, or higher preferred)
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks based on logical urgency and impact
- Ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear, professional advice for clients and internal teams.
