About the role
- Identify and target potential accounting and finance firm clients in the US, Canada, and the UK.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within accounting and financial firms.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to promote our services and products.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the accounting industry.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members and support their professional development.

Requirements
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the finance and accounting industry.
- Strong network and established relationships with accounting firms in the US, Canada, and the UK.
- Experience working with senior executives and decision-makers in the accounting sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
