About the role

  • You oversee ONLY shops in your territory and report to the Retail Manager.
  • This position requires a high degree of independence, responsibility and flexibility.
  • Leadership and development of your store managers
  • Close cooperation with Purchasing, Merchandising and Brand Management
  • Responsibility for all staff within your area
  • Responsibility for optimal organization of your stores
  • Implementation of company directives and adherence to our routines
  • Staff development, conducting trainings and training sessions
  • Ensuring staff scheduling based on customer traffic
  • Leading by example in service and customer orientation
  • Actively involved in sales on the shop floor
  • Leading and conducting inventories
  • Planning promotional activities for your area

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Area Manager
  • Leadership skills and management experience
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • A proactive attitude and an understanding of the importance of leading by example
  • Completed vocational training in the textile/fashion sector
  • Strong interest in fashion and knowledge of the market
  • Strong numerical aptitude and a commercial/business mindset
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license (car) required
