About the role
- Overall responsibility for the management and operation of the store
- Development and further development of the team through training and coaching
- Merchandising – implementation of visual presentation guidelines
- Planning of in-store activities
- Efficient and effective staff planning and scheduling
- Financial and operational analysis of the store
- Active selling and customer engagement
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification
- Relevant experience in textile/apparel retail
- Preferably experience in store management
- Strong numerical affinity and commercial/business acumen
- Leadership skills and high interpersonal competence
- Strong interest in fashion and trends
- Team player with good communication skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
