About the role
- Co-responsible for all store operations
- Together with the team, creates an excellent shopping experience for our customers
- Coordinates daily store operations in consultation with the Shop Manager
- Always keeps an eye on the overall commercial performance
- Provides assistance and support to the Shop Manager
- Inspires and motivates the team
Requirements
- Completed commercial or business-related vocational training
- Strong numerical affinity and sound commercial/business acumen
- Strong interest in fashion and a good sense for trends
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
