About the role
- Lead and develop your shop managers
- Work closely with Buying, Merchandising and Brand Management
- Responsible for all staff in your area
- Ensure the optimal organization of your stores
- Implement company guidelines and ensure compliance with our routines
- Staff development and delivery of trainings and workshops
- Ensure customer-traffic-oriented staff scheduling
- Model service excellence and customer focus
- Actively support sales on the shop floor
- Lead and conduct inventory counts
- Plan and coordinate promotional activities for your area
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Area Manager
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Completed vocational training in the textile/fashion sector
- Strong interest in fashion and solid market knowledge
- Strong numerical skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver’s license (car) required
