About the role

You oversee the ONLY shops in your area and report to the Retail Manager.
This position requires a high degree of independence, responsibility, and flexibility.
Lead and develop your store managers.
Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, and Brand Management.
Responsible for all staff in your area.
Responsible for the optimal organization of your stores.
Implement company guidelines and ensure adherence to our routines.
Staff development, conducting trainings and coaching.
Ensure staffing plans are aligned with customer traffic.
Lead by example in service and customer focus.
Actively involved in sales on the shop floor.
Lead and conduct inventory counts.
Plan and execute promotional activities for your area.

Proven experience as an Area Manager.
Strong leadership skills and experience.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
A proactive attitude and an understanding of the importance of leading by example.
Completed vocational training in the textile/fashion sector.
Strong interest in fashion and good knowledge of the market.
Strong numerical/analytical skills.
Commercial/entrepreneurial mindset.
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
Valid driver's license (car) required.
