• As a Logistics Operations Specialist, you support our day‑to‑day operations and ensure transports are handled reliably and with a solution‑oriented approach.
• You are the primary point of contact for service providers, keep an overview even in stressful situations, and tackle problems proactively instead of waiting for solutions.
• Together with the Operations team, you ensure processes run smoothly, challenges are resolved, and our platform is continuously improved on the operational side.
• You manage the day‑to‑day operations and monitor ongoing transports.
• You take on dispatching and coordinate transports.
• You identify problems early and find pragmatic solutions.
• You are the central contact person for service providers.
• You communicate in a solution‑oriented manner and promote good collaboration across the network.
• You handle escalation management and claims processing.
• You work closely with our Head of Operation Truck and the Operations team.
• You contribute operational perspectives to the further development of our platform and processes.
• You track performance metrics and support continuous improvement of workflows.
• You help expand our network of service providers and partners.

• Du koordinierst Termine, Meetings und Geschäftsreisen und behältst den Überblick über den Kalender
• Du bereitest Meetings, Präsentationen etc. vor und unterstützt bei der internen Abstimmung mit verschiedenen Teams

• Du unterstützt bei Besuchen internationaler Kunden und Partner
• Du kommunizierst mit Teams und Kontakten in verschiedenen europäischen Ländern (z. B. Spanien oder Frankreich)

• Coordinate appointments, meetings and business travel while keeping an overview of the calendar
• Prepare meetings, presentations, etc., and support internal coordination with different teams
• Handle travel expense reports and organizational follow-up
• Coordinate service providers, suppliers and external partners
• Welcome and host guests and clients at the office
• Organize team lunches, meetings and small events
• Manage receipts and prepare documents for accounting (invoices, payments)
• Support visits by international customers and partners
• Communicate with teams and contacts in various European countries (e.g., Spain or France)
