Executive Assistant

• Support for the management team
• Coordinate appointments, meetings and business travel while keeping an overview of the calendar
• Prepare meetings, presentations, etc., and support internal coordination with different teams
• Handle travel expense reports and organizational follow-up
• Coordinate service providers, suppliers and external partners
• Welcome and host guests and clients at the office
• Organize team lunches, meetings and small events
• Manage receipts and prepare documents for accounting (invoices, payments)
• Support visits by international customers and partners
• Communicate with teams and contacts in various European countries (e.g., Spain or France)
