About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a Logistics Operations Specialist, you support our day‑to‑day operations and ensure transports are handled reliably and with a solution‑oriented approach.
- You are the primary point of contact for service providers, keep an overview even in stressful situations, and tackle problems proactively instead of waiting for solutions.
- Together with the Operations team, you ensure processes run smoothly, challenges are resolved, and our platform is continuously improved on the operational side.
- You manage the day‑to‑day operations and monitor ongoing transports.
- You take on dispatching and coordinate transports.
- You identify problems early and find pragmatic solutions.
- You are the central contact person for service providers.
- You communicate in a solution‑oriented manner and promote good collaboration across the network.
- You handle escalation management and claims processing.
- You work closely with our Head of Operation Truck and the Operations team.
- You contribute operational perspectives to the further development of our platform and processes.
- You track performance metrics and support continuous improvement of workflows.
- You help expand our network of service providers and partners.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally you come from logistics or a comparable operational environment and already have experience in vehicle logistics.
- A formal logistics qualification is not required — what matters most is that you understand the business.
- You know the industry and communicate confidently, especially with service providers.
