About the role
- Turn complex workflows into clear, intuitive user experiences
- Collaborate deeply with product and engineering—no silos
- Ensure consistency and quality across experiences by applying design systems, patterns, and accessibility best practices.
- Design AI-native and automation-driven experiences
- Prototype quickly to test thinking and align engineering
- Communicate design rationale clearly to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
- Support the evolution of design processes, tools, and standards through participation and feedback.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years designing complex SaaS or enterprise products
- Strong interaction design and systems thinking
- Experience with data-dense UIs and multi-state workflows
- Comfort designing AI-forward or automation-based experiences
- Bias toward clarity, quality, and shipping over perfectionism
- High ownership, low ego
- Able to explain decisions clearly and defend them thoughtfully
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Lovable/Cursor/v0, etc) and familiarity with enterprise development workflows.
