Growth Marketing

• You will be supporting international top-tier manufacturing companies in improving their production operations
• You will help bring the ONIQ software into real-world production environments and contribute to measurable improvements in efficiency and sustainability, while working closely with our Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams
• Support customers throughout their journey with ONIQ – from the initial software demo and pilot phase to implementation and roll-out
• Help prepare and coordinate onboarding materials, workshops, and check-ins, so that customers can get the most value out of the ONIQ software
• Contribute to strong customer relationships by tracking action items, following up on open questions, and supporting clear communication
• Develop an understanding of production processes and customer challenges, and use it to identify how ONIQ can create measurable value for the customer
• Support customer-facing activities such as demos, workshops, or industry events
• Support product development by collecting and structuring customer feedback for our Product team
