• Define and drive our B2B marketing strategy across all channels, aligned with our business goals and sales targets
• Build and scale a lead & demand generation engine for industrial manufacturing customers
• Quickly build a deep understanding of our product, customer personas, and the manufacturing domain – and translate complex topics into clear, compelling stories
• Own our performance marketing setup: plan, execute, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads and on LinkedIn
• Refine and continuously improve tracking & reporting to measure traffic, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline and ROI
• Take responsibility for our website and landing pages together with our sales team - messaging, structure, A/B tests, conversion optimization
• Independently create content for blog posts, LinkedIn posts, landing pages, newsletters, whitepapers, case studies and webinar content around manufacturing, operational excellence and CO₂ reduction
• Develop and manage email and nurture journeys in close collaboration with our Sales & Customer Success teams
• Coordinate fairs, webinars and selected customer events as part of an integrated marketing strategy
• Manage and brief external agencies & freelancers where needed – while staying hands-on in the key digital channels

• As a Lead Cloud & Data Engineer, you will be at the heart of our product's development, taking full ownership of our multi-cloud infrastructure and backend services.
• Working within a self-organized agile team, you will build and deploy IQA, the Production Excellence Software that drives our customers' success.
• Design, build, and scale our multi-cloud infrastructure, developing, deploying and monitoring container-based services using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and serving large scale Fortune 500 enterprises.
• Architect and own our core customer data processing framework powering data integration and enabling new users to onboard at record speed.
