Accounts Payable

• End-to-end processing of supplier invoices, including coding, posting, and approvals
• Managing high-volume Accounts Payable transactions accurately and efficiently
• Working across business functions to ensure vendor bills align with purchase orders and goods received
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice and payment discrepancies
• Preparing treasury requests and processing payment runs in line with agreed schedules
• Timely submission of Corporate Credit Card expenses
• Supporting month-end close, including AP and Credit Card accruals and associated balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintaining the AP ledger and ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies

• Identify, target, and secure new pharma and biotech accounts using existing relationships and strategic outreach.
• Map organizations to identify key decision-makers and influencers across R&D, translational sciences, and QC groups.
• Develop account entry strategies tailored to scientific workflows and organizational structures.
• Understand customer research pipelines across discovery, target validation, preclinical development, and QC/assay workflows to position ONI’s technology effectively.
• Coordinate scientific and workflow-specific conversations with scientists, group leaders, directors, and platform owners together with ONI’s VP of Strategy.
• Partner with technical specialists and application scientists to design demos, pilots, and evaluation studies that showcase direct value and ROI.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders such as: bench scientists & research associates, group leaders and lab managers, principal scientists & directors, heads of R&D, platform teams, and translational programs.
• Track pipeline progress, forecast revenue, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies.

• Work closely with Product, Marketing, Applications, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer needs are clearly communicated and addressed.

Operations

• Identify, implement, and manage EU warehouse and/or 3PL partners for storage, relabelling, and reboxing activities./n• Own inbound and outbound coordination for EU inventory movements./n• Establish and manage basic 3PL SLAs, performance metrics, and escalation paths./n• Ensure correct handling and documentation for dangerous goods and cold storage where applicable./n• Act as the operational bridge between Commercial / Distributors, and Operations./n• Coordinate installs, RMAs, consumables deliveries, and hardware demo logistics with Global Distribution Manager./n• Ensure operational readiness ahead of installs and demos (stock, spares, consumables, documentation)./n• Track EU and APAC sales orders from SO through shipment, delivery, and installation./n• Maintain clear visibility of order status, logistics readiness, and install scheduling for the region./n• Proactively highlight delivery, customs, stock, and resource risks./n• Support project management of early-stage operational initiatives, working directly with the Senior Manager, Operations./n• Build and maintain pivot tables, dashboards, and KPI reporting to support day-to-day execution and APAC scale readiness./n• Own and maintain EU warehouse and APAC distributor operations SOPs and checklists./n• Ensure Incoterms-specific workflows are documented and followed./n• Continuously improve operational workflows as scale increases.
