About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated book of B2B vendors, managing the relationship from onboarding through renewal.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will be responsible for driving expansion revenue by identifying unsold inventory and optimizing client bidding strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPL, CVR) and translate complex data into actionable recommendations during strategy calls with client executives.
- Collaborate with internal editorial and operations teams to launch high-impact marketing campaigns and ensure all deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally to help refine our product offerings and mission.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Top-tier business school background preferred).
- 1–5 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales—ideally within SaaS, Media, or HR Tech.
- Comfortable discussing marketing metrics and ROI. Experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs is a significant plus.
- A proven track record of hitting revenue targets, managing renewals, and executing expansion strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical or data-driven issues for executive stakeholders.
