About the role
- Responsible for servicing high-profile clients such as Presidents, CEOs, Directors, and others via multichannel support (phone, email and chat)
- Deliver exceptional service handling the following case types: air — name correction/name change, air — pet transport, air — passenger split, among others
- Adding minors to reservations, air — special services, air — overbooking, air — cancellations/rebookings, bereavement
- Early departures/advancements, hotel — guest changes / adding guests / extra services and issuance
- Manage product queues and distribute cards/assignments in the leader’s absence or by leader assignment
- Execute all of the above, in addition to ticket issuance and dedicated client follow-up
- Knowledge of visa requirements, travel insurance and vaccine requirements for international destinations
- Provide travel consultancy with information about the different destinations sold by the agency, and advise on costs and availability for selected dates;
Requirements
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with airline portals: E-latam, E-Gol, Azul, Passaredo and the Wooba portal
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
- Intermediate English and/or Spanish
- Experience in travel agencies, preferably in multi-brand agencies
- Experience planning customized domestic and international travel
- Knowledge of tour operator and flight consolidator portals
- Knowledge of Amadeus
- Excellent sales skills, negotiation, client approach and ease in handling objections
- Excellent verbal and written communication
