About the role
- Guide clients through the onboarding process from sale to go-live
- Collect and organize deployment prerequisites
- Maintain relationships with assigned clients to increase adoption and satisfaction
- Establish trusted advisor relationships
- Help clients achieve critical goals and KPIs
- Identify upsell opportunities
- Advocate customer needs across departments
- Improve client experience by creating product enhancements
- Act as an escalation point for relationships and expectations
Requirements
- Graduate degree preferred
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Operations
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Self-motivated and capable of autonomous work
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in delivering training and demonstrations
- Additional skills: MT4/5 knowledge
- Knowledge of financial markets (forex, DMA, equities, CFDs, NDF’s)
