About the role
- design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, and partner closely with the Healthcare Solutions teams to deliver business insights
- combines hands‑on analytics and data visualization with stakeholder engagement to inform strategy
- track KPIs and produce actionable insights
- Establish and maintain KPI definitions, dashboard governance, and data quality checks; drive continuous improvement of data processes and instrumentation
- Cross functional alignment with Information Technology & Commercial functions to ensure alignment on business reporting
- Partner with CRM team to maintain and continuously improve business processes that track activities and impact of the Healthcare Solutions teams
- Partner with the Healthcare Solutions team to translate business questions into analytics requirements and implement scalable solutions
- Perform ad‑hoc analyses and present findings to cross‑functional stakeholders
- Provide training and documentation for dashboards and analytic tools; act as a point of contact for analytics requests from Healthcare Solutions teams
- Support leadership with regular business reviews, executive-level slide decks, and data storytelling that drives decisions
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies when handling sensitive healthcare or customer data
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or similar role supporting commercial or healthcare teams
- Proven experience building interactive dashboards in Tableau (Tableau Desktop and Server/Online)
- Experience with external market data (e.g., Definitive Healthcare, IQVIA, DocNexus)
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare services, or life sciences
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex analyses to non‑technical audiences
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests and competing priorities
- Tableau certification (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist) (preferred)
- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Analytics experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx, Dataiku) and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Azure) (preferred)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques (preferred)
- Experience with BI governance and dashboard lifecycle management (preferred)
