About the role
- Provide strategic HR partnership to the Immunology Sales and Marketing leadership team.
- Contribute to shaping business strategy and drive aligned outcomes
- Collaboratively lead organizational design in partnership with the business
- Partner with the business to ensure delivery of annual business plan and long-range financial planning
- Create and deploy talent strategy to attract, develop, reward, and retain talent
- Develop trusted partnerships and coaching relationships with leaders and teams
- Ensure communication and pull-through of Corporate Services Enterprise efforts in the business
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years’ professional experience required; minimum of 3 years of HR or HR-related experience required
- Professional Coaching and Change Management certification is desirable
- This position will be located in Horsham, PA or Titusville, NJ and require 10% travel.

- Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

- Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
- Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
- Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
- Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period
- Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
- Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
