About the role

  • Manage and develop strategic relationships with accounts (hospitals, clinics, and cooperatives) and distributors.
  • Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and product turnover, proposing corrective actions.
  • Identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks of stockouts or supply disruptions.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends, adapting strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of KPI management (market share, sell-out, DOH, etc.).
  • Critical thinker with a questioning mindset (ability to challenge the status quo).
  • Skilled in data analysis and in developing insight-driven action plans.
  • Commercial profile, results-oriented, with strong ability to influence stakeholders and a focus on collaboration.
  • Advanced Excel (handling large volumes of data and creating dashboards).
  • Availability to travel (more than 80% of the time).
  • Residence in the southern region of the country or in the São Paulo metropolitan area.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, consumer goods, distribution, or healthcare sectors (desired).
