About the role
- Manage and develop strategic relationships with accounts (hospitals, clinics, and cooperatives) and distributors.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and product turnover, proposing corrective actions.
- Identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks of stockouts or supply disruptions.
- Monitor competitors and market trends, adapting strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- Knowledge of KPI management (market share, sell-out, DOH, etc.).
- Critical thinker with a questioning mindset (ability to challenge the status quo).
- Skilled in data analysis and in developing insight-driven action plans.
- Commercial profile, results-oriented, with strong ability to influence stakeholders and a focus on collaboration.
- Advanced Excel (handling large volumes of data and creating dashboards).
- Availability to travel (more than 80% of the time).
- Residence in the southern region of the country or in the São Paulo metropolitan area.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, consumer goods, distribution, or healthcare sectors (desired).
