- B.Sc. degree or three years equivalent upper education
- Strong customer and patient focus
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in leadership, change management, and project management
- Highly developed influencing skills
- Necessary IT skills (MS Office, SAP, OMP, Tableau, QlikView, Anaplan)
- Solid Excel expertise
- Analytic mindset.
