About the role

  • Drive the end-to-end Financial Business Cycle including financial forecasting, prioritization, and performance review cycles.
  • Lead updates to the Strategic Planning model in support of the Long-Range Financial Plan (LRFP).
  • Develop an Integrated Business Intelligence capability/tool to analyze product performance across the portfolio and supply chain network.
  • Define, collect, analyze, and present monthly performance metrics, facilitating scorecard reviews focused on leading indicators.
  • Implement and document standard best practices across the financial business cycle.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Supply Chain.
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant business experience is required.
  • Experience with project/program management experience is required.
  • Experience with project management and program management processes and tools is required.
  • The ability to collaborate optimally with all levels of management and influence decision-making across a matrix organization is required.
  • Financial acumen, including experience in strategic planning, is preferred.
  • Experience, training, or certification in digital analytics capabilities is preferred.
  • Global business experience is preferred.
