About the role

  • Establish and continuously optimize business operations strategy
  • Lead GCO’s “Portfolio Services” team
  • Provide centralized portfolio facing activities including Training, Non-Core Countries, Independent Drug Monitoring Management
  • Manage and coordinate business operations activities and drive operational excellence across functional groups
  • Create and lead a business operations organization to establish global strategy
  • Support/ contribute to development of GCO Global Strategy
  • Provide leadership and oversight of assigned portfolio services capabilities
  • Drive development of GCO strategic pillars aligned with Global Development
  • Manage and lead allocated projects/initiatives on behalf of GCO Globally

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required (scientific or business orientation)
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge in the areas of Finance, Data Science and Clinical Operations
  • Excellent communication, project management, problem solving, and analytical skills required
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships in a matrix environment, drive challenging conversations and influence without authority
  • Demonstrated inspirational leadership and ability to set a vision for the future; a drive for delivering and exceeding business results
  • Exhibit relatable experiences of excelling at the above listed responsibilities.
