About the role
- Lead overall management of sales strategies, activities, operations, and budgets
- Recruit, hire, and retain a diverse group of individuals within their region
- Provide ongoing performance management, mentorship, and career development
- Drive business results by working closely with consultants
- Establish relationships with key surgeons, key accounts, and associations
- Promote and nurture the highest standards of integrity and ethics
- Participate in compliance program-related activities
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent required in Business, Marketing, Finance
- At least 8 years of relevant business and/or leadership experience
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience, coaching, or mentoring others
- Participation in a Sales Leadership Development Program preferred
- Excellent listening, written & oral communication skills
- Strong Customer Understanding including the ability to use customer data
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop field sales talent
- Track record of success working within a complex organizational environment
