  • Lead overall management of sales strategies, activities, operations, and budgets
  • Recruit, hire, and retain a diverse group of individuals within their region
  • Provide ongoing performance management, mentorship, and career development
  • Drive business results by working closely with consultants
  • Establish relationships with key surgeons, key accounts, and associations

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent required in Business, Marketing, Finance
  • At least 8 years of relevant business and/or leadership experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience, coaching, or mentoring others
  • Participation in a Sales Leadership Development Program preferred
  • Excellent listening, written & oral communication skills
  • Strong Customer Understanding including the ability to use customer data
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop field sales talent
  • Track record of success working within a complex organizational environment
