About the role
- Acquisition of new customers and conceptual management of key accounts
- Strategic responsibility for your territory
- Close collaboration with the regional Sales Manager and the clinical team
- Revenue responsibility for the assigned territory according to the business plan
- Territory analysis and strategic planning with regard to expanding and gaining market share
- Stakeholder management
- Collaboration with Commercial, Marketing and the regional Leadership Team
- Reporting and capturing market data
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration (BWL)
- Ideally, initial experience in the healthcare industry
- Strong affinity for conceptual work and good analytical skills
- Excellent networking skills and a strong can-do attitude
- Strong team and communication skills, enjoyment of relationship management, and a high degree of customer orientation
- Organizational talent, self-management and creative problem-solving skills
- Flexibility, motivation and a desire for further development
- Willingness to work in field sales with a high travel ratio (at least 80%)
- Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
