About the role

  • Acquisition of new customers and conceptual management of key accounts
  • Strategic responsibility for your territory
  • Close collaboration with the regional Sales Manager and the clinical team
  • Revenue responsibility for the assigned territory according to the business plan
  • Territory analysis and strategic planning with regard to expanding and gaining market share
  • Stakeholder management

  • Reporting and capturing market data

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration (BWL)
  • Ideally, initial experience in the healthcare industry
  • Strong affinity for conceptual work and good analytical skills
  • Excellent networking skills and a strong can-do attitude
  • Strong team and communication skills, enjoyment of relationship management, and a high degree of customer orientation
  • Organizational talent, self-management and creative problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility, motivation and a desire for further development
  • Willingness to work in field sales with a high travel ratio (at least 80%)
  • Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
