About the role
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the commercial success of CARVYKTI within their assigned region
- Drive sales performance and develop regional business plans
- Lead high-performing teams, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers
- Analyze regional market dynamics, competitive trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and other cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and ethical standards
- Manage regional budget and allocate resources efficiently
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- A valid driver’s license issued in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States
- A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of five (5) years of cross-functional experience in key commercial roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Access/Payer, Analytics or Business Development) within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry
- Prior people management experience
- Ability to lead, develop, coach, and engage high performing, diverse teams
- The ability to travel up to 50%, which may include overnight / weekend travel
- Candidates must reside within the stated region.
