About the role

  • Lead the day-to-day supply planning processes for the Depuy Synthes portfolio
  • Develop and supervise demand, supply and executive reviews
  • Ensure the detailed execution so that product is available at the right place, in the right quantities
  • Lead and coach the team: empower and develop to deliver accurate results
  • Drive cost optimization and improved inventory visibility
  • Support business/scenario planning (12-24 months horizon)

Requirements

  • Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in a healthcare or similarly complex, regulatory dependent Sector
  • In depth Planning experience and understanding of E2E supply chain principles
  • Ability to work independently in a structured and determined way
  • Team leader-coach: ability to lead, encourage and grow diverse talent
  • Experience in creating Customer-Centric E2E Supply Chain strategies
  • APICS / CSCP / LEAN / Six Sigma certifications
