About the role

  • Acts ethically and in coordination with other members of the sales team and customer-facing functional areas to meet the needs of customers and/or patients
  • Analyzes trends, new legislation and relevant news in Immunology, advising on possible adjustments to the sales strategy
  • Responsible for managing operational aspects of the team (e.g., workflow, performance and compliance), as well as ensuring targets are met within expected standards
  • Responsible for the effective performance management of sales representatives
  • Develops the value proposition for the Immunology product line
  • Ensures understanding of brand strategies and aligned objectives
  • Generates insights and critical analyses to formulate marketing and sales strategies
  • Manages the key execution drivers for the market development strategy
  • Understands and applies the Johnson & Johnson Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions with the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Proficiency in computer use (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Intermediate English
  • Valid driver's license - category B (required)
  • Experience in people management
  • Analytical and dynamic profile with experience managing in a complex environment
