About the role
- Acts ethically and in coordination with other members of the sales team and customer-facing functional areas to meet the needs of customers and/or patients
- Analyzes trends, new legislation and relevant news in Immunology, advising on possible adjustments to the sales strategy
- Responsible for managing operational aspects of the team (e.g., workflow, performance and compliance), as well as ensuring targets are met within expected standards
- Responsible for the effective performance management of sales representatives
- Develops the value proposition for the Immunology product line
- Ensures understanding of brand strategies and aligned objectives
- Generates insights and critical analyses to formulate marketing and sales strategies
- Manages the key execution drivers for the market development strategy
- Understands and applies the Johnson & Johnson Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions with the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Proficiency in computer use (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Intermediate English
- Valid driver's license - category B (required)
- Experience in people management
- Analytical and dynamic profile with experience managing in a complex environment
