About the role

  • Lead the Field Reporting strategy, design & development across all JJIM TA’s (Immunology: Oncology: Neuroscience)
  • Lead the process of prioritizing business requests across TA’s
  • Coordinate platform updates to key business partners
  • Partner with BT partners to ensure successful performance of field reporting platform
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership, COD, COR, IC, Data Stewards, SIA & Field Operations business partners
  • Lead the overall training approach, inclusive of online training, tutorials, instructor-led training, etc. to ensure a high level of understanding and usage with intended audience, with both the field sales & home office users
  • Serve as the key commercial business lead with the BT team, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of the field reporting platform, while continuously & proactively identifying to elevate the field reporting speed, efficiency, and usability of the platform
  • Develops innovative processes to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency of field data delivery
  • Must have a strong ability to influence Senior Leadership to drive tangible results
  • Responsible for cross functional leadership of project teams and indirect reports
  • Ensure compliance with all HCC regulations & requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of overall experience is required, with a minimum of 3+ years of Pharmaceutical or Medical Device experience is required
  • Experience with syndicated data sources, such as IQVIA, and with the pharmaceutical sales process is required
  • Previous experience in Sales/Commercial Operations (Field Reporting, Call Plan & Alignments, Roster Management), Data Management or Incentive Compensation is required
  • Experience working with Sr. Sales Leadership (VP/NSD), as well as Business Technology is required
  • Adherence to the principles of the Johnson & Johnson Leadership Imperatives is required
  • This position may require up to 10% domestic travel
