About the role

  • Assist with sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
  • Screen resumes and applications, identifying qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to track and analyze recruitment metrics, generating reports as needed.
  • Communicate with candidates, providing updates on their application status and answering inquiries.
  • Contribute to the development of job descriptions and other recruitment materials, using good writing skills.
  • Participate in recruitment events and career fairs, representing the company and attracting potential candidates.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Junior and graduate-level students preferred (graduating between December 2026 and May 2027)
  • Previous internship experience in a human resources or talent acquisition environment
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Experience with scheduling, coordination, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Able to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
  • Understanding of customer service
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Excel.
