About the role
- Assist with sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
- Screen resumes and applications, identifying qualified candidates for open positions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to track and analyze recruitment metrics, generating reports as needed.
- Communicate with candidates, providing updates on their application status and answering inquiries.
- Contribute to the development of job descriptions and other recruitment materials, using good writing skills.
- Participate in recruitment events and career fairs, representing the company and attracting potential candidates.
- Demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- 3.0 GPA or higher
- Junior and graduate-level students preferred (graduating between December 2026 and May 2027)
- Previous internship experience in a human resources or talent acquisition environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Experience with scheduling, coordination, or customer-facing roles
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
- Understanding of customer service
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Excel.
